In this cooker repair the customer said when he was using his cooker and hob his hotplates were going straight to full heat even though he had them set at a low temp ?

Most cooker faults can be avoided . One of the most common errors made is not letting your cooker cool down after using it ! All cookers and ovens have specific fans inside to help cool down all parts and components that reach & are exposed to high temperatures and simply by switching the main wall switch off damages elements, stats, fans and other main cooker parts. Its always best to let your cooker cool down for between 10-20 mins before switching off the main cooker wall switch
